Question

Yesterday I pulled my Distibor out of my Engine. The vavum advance was full of gas. I drained the gas & the advance still appears to work fine. I have never seen this & don't know what to do.After seeing that I also changed the carb. I changed from a Cast Iron factory Intake to a Eldebrock & I changed from a 3310 -2 to a 3310 -1 . What is bad the carb or the vacum advance? I Had it hooked to the full vacum port on the front of the carb.
