I have a set of L89 Aluminum Heads I will be installing on my L78 396 Camaro soon and was wondering what are the correct exhaust manifold bolts to use. The ones for cast iron heads feature an enlarged thread root so as to "lock" into the thread, preventing the bolt from backing out. Using these with the Aluminum heads might damage the threads. Just wondering what the L89 engine had factory installed? Standard bolts with locking tabs perhaps? Thanks,
