I have 68 camaro w/350cu no power steering. Can I purchase the PS unit and just connect the hoses to the box already there or do I have to get another steering box.

You will need a "Power Steering" box along with the Pump and Hoses and some parts associated with the PS set-up, such as a power steering Pitman Arm.
I would recommend you try to find a 'Donor' car or a supplier that can get you all the parts you need at once. Finding little extra parts is a pain in the middle of a project.
You may want to give Jim Dyer in Stockton a call (209.941.2112) - he is near you and may have everything you need on hand.
Matt's Classic Bowties in Concord may also have everything you need. (925.676.7172)

Hope this helps.

If a man says something in the garage - and his wife can't hear him - is he still wrong !!!

Post in the steering and suspension forum. There are several guys there that can help. David Pozzi is one of them - regarded as an expert in steering and suspension.
