I am looking for a new radiator and i need a good one to keep my motor cool. i have found a few but i dont really know what i am looking for. What do the rows and inches mean? i assume that the bigger the better but i need to make sure first.

Thanks

The "rows" are the number of side by side tube rows in a radiator - 2,3 &4 are common on Camaro's.
The "inches" are width of the radiator - again 21 is the smaller standard type radiator and 23 is the larger one for HD, A/C and Big Blocks.
Give your engine spec.s to a good radiator supplier and they will be able to help you select the proper size.
You will then need the correct shroud for your radiator size and engine type.
It's as easy as that.

One thing to remember is that aluminum aftermarket radiators have less rows but wider than the normal ones. They are a better choice for stuborn heating problems.
