Still Having the intermintent starting woes, yesterday I started to trace the wires from the starter to the harness, I found that the purple wire that runs to the solonoid is also the same wire that is used on one side of the clutch pedal switch, so when trying to start the car with the key and nothing happens, I can manually jump the starter by running a hot wire to the battery from the purple wire, I still believe that the problem lies in the key switch assembly, What am I getting into by changing the key switch assembly, or should I just hook a starter button up to the purple wire, My son votes for the starter button.

Did you jumper out the clutch switch yet? It might be that switch instead of the ignition switch.

Yes Mark I did that, also check the crank fuse in the fuse block, I have traced it to the key switch or socket, car will start after sitting a couple minutes from the key but very aggravating when it dosn't. I thought the starter button would be quick and harmless, any ideas
