Question

I just pulled off my valve covers for the first time and am excited (i think) to learn I have high performance aftermarket heads. There are no GM markings what so ever. They are cast iron.

Any idea what they are?
Thanks for your reply

Wayne,
They are World Products heads of some type. There should be numbers stamped on the ends of the heads that you can look up in the World catalog to see what you have.

definately world products heads. they look like my old sr torquers that i had, but they had "SR" cast in them if i remember correct. as bill suggested, talk to world, they can probably help. but it seems to me i really had no serial numbers on my sr's, just the "W" and the "sr". there are really only a handfull of heads they could be i believe, since world doesnt do a ton of cast iron heads.
good luck with them

I sent an email to World asking what they are.

They are the Sportsman heads. 200cc intake runners, 2.02 & 1.60 manley stainless street flow , 64cc "fast burn" combustion chambers!

You should see the grin on my face.
