What should I do?I'm having trouble with my back power steering pump bracket. Not the one that bolts to the block by the harmonic balancer, but the one that bolts on by the motor mount,I have a 68 sbc 327ci.My motor mounts are from National Parts Dopot, part # C-0027-2A,I was told to get these on this wep site.My problem is I can't get the bracket under or over the mount.Should I modify these pieces so they go together?,or is there a corect bracket I could buy? Thanks for any help.

Here's a pic of what you need and check out this forum link. Do a search in Engine also.

I cut off a small piece of my P/S bracket so it would fit. I suspect you have the same mount. Take the engine mount off and mate the bracket up. You will see the problem. Took about 5 minutes with the dremel to fix.
