Hello again,

I have a CSI 360 degree swivel thermostat housing. The Housing seeps a little water through the swivel portion. When looking down at the unit I see a little antifreeze lying on top. Any thoughts on how to seal this? Iím using the O-ring, which came with the unit to seal against the intake manifold. The unit is not leaking in that area. Should I remove the O-ring and get a regular T-stat gasket and use Black RTV to seal the area from the underside? This thing is a getting to be a real pain in the (!)
Thanks, Joe

I have one on my car, and it leaked when i first put it on. I took it off and put white lithium grease all over the o-ring, put it back on and it hasn't leaked since.
