My number 8 spark plug keeps getting major oil on the plug and threads.

Time for a ring job? Worn out valve seals? I forget what this is a sign of.

Any help is appreciated!

Don't overlook a leaky valve cover. If oil runs down around the plug, oil can wick up the threads. But you can usually tell which direction the oil is coming from if you look closely.

if no leaks are found bad valve guides or seals are probably the culprit
