In the final stages of the build and looking for a good pulley and bracket set. Need some input on what is the preferred style and what works best. Internet is huge with gilmers, serpentine, v belt etc and it's hard to choose when I only have experience with original v belts and stock GM serpentine setups. Underhood space is not that great, it's a flat hood 70, so a GM serp setup is probably out and the waterpump I have is a long clockwise rotation.
The only thing I don't want really is super cheap made stuff, see them on ebay all the time.
Need alternator, waterpump and power steering set. Doesn't have to be bling bling. I have the original stuff from the old 350 but not sure if I want to run that set on this 400 that'll probably see 7000rpm.
Any recommendations? Pic to show the style I'm going for, not alot of shiny parts.
GMPP has a nice Serpentine set, includes accessories. Can get it with or without A/C, comes with water pump also. The set I'm getting for my L31-R is approx $899 depending on where you purchase. https://www.summitracing.com/parts/nal-12497698
