I need a new fan shroud for my 68. The one in there now is pretty beat up. I found a part number of 3893815 on it, which the Chevy dealer tells me is for a small block 69 Camaro. The correct number for a 68 he tells me is 3893812.
Does anyone know the difference if any between a 68 and 69 small block no a/c fan shroud?

Thanks!
Mike

In '69 GM went to the long water pump setups. The '69 shroud isn't as deep as the '68 shroud.
