Engine fan shroud fabrication? 67 with 350

1st off the car has 2 electric fans pulling air mounted on engine side. Car is a 383 stroker. Has the fan blade removed from car and no shroud with aluminum radiator. Was told today a shroud is beneficial still. I don't have one currently. Can I make one easily or buy one. About what price will I pay?

Need the size of your fans and the height and width of your radiator.

In general, a fan shroud will increase the efficiency of your radiator efficiency.
