Help identify missing piece on carb

Can someone help me identify this missing piece on this 4053DZ carburetor?
I thought it was some sort of a choke linkage, I ordered the kit from Holly but none of the three pieces that came in the kit fit so now I'm really not sure what it is. For now we have to choke wired open but you can see where the little wire is the piece of linkage is missing.

Or referred to as a choke unloader linkage. Its not specific to the DZ carb, it fits a lot of others like the 4360 models and some two bbl holley carbs as they all use about the same diaphragm .

I am looking for my parts book but wouldn't be surprised if it didn't come with that unloader diaphragm .
