Which Spark Plug To Check

I remember back in the day we used to check a certain spark plug to get an idea if a car is running rich or lean. I guess I must be getting old as I don't remember which plug to pull. Can someone remind an old guy which plug to check? Thanks!

All of them. This is because fuel distribution is uneven in the manifold. This is especially true if you have a BBC with good and bad ports.

Ditto all. Depending on the manifold don't be surprised if you have to stager jet the prim.
