Holley Electric Choke - Internal versus External Vacuum Source
Have not been on this site for a while, sold my Z-10 a few years back and been working on the '68 el Camino SS I bought!
Recently had to change the Holley on the 400 SBC that I have on my '75, had a Holley 3310 (Dual Feed, Vacuum secondaries 750 CFM), put a Holley 4776 ( DFDP 600 CFM) on it, runs much better!
The 4776 has a manual choke on it and I have an electronic choke on the 3310, but the 3310 is setup for internal vacuum source where the 4776 needs an external vacuum source. The choke from the 3310 (45-223) looks like it should be able to mounted on the 4776 carb and the internal vacuum source would just be blocked off.
Anyone know if you can use the 45-223 on the 4776 carb and hook up the external vacuum source?
