After i removed my Victor JR. and went back to the RPM air gap I added a 1” super sucker to get a little more plenum volume, I’m at 6300/6500rpm pretty regularly at autocross. And I also used it to tap an extra vacuum port since my Holley ultra XP has none.

This will give you better top end at the expense of low end torque and response

I was just going by what the ad stated (any engine needing more TORQUE!)
i don't need more top end. i have no idea what it is now . but i have seen the speed indicator point to the left hand turn signal in 3rd gear
my wife will attest to this

What intake you running ?
If your running an open plenum victor, the 1/2” tapered 4 hole MAY help signal at your carb, helping low end.
I went back and forth swapping manifolds and efi/carb with my cnc’d port matched Victor and my hand worked RPM air gap.
The dual plane is noticeably better at torque, and pulls to 6500. Which works best for me at autocross.
Straight up full throttle drag. Then the Victor.
