Flywheel for 69 Z/28

I am in the home stages of a ground up on a basket case Z/28...the original motor and trans are rebuilt and now it is ready to go back into the car...only no flywheel...is there anything special about the flywheel for this car ? Numbers on the back for that 100% correct restoration ? Any suggestions on clutch packages ?

I am using a stock Bell Housing

Re: Flywheel for 69 Z/28

I used to have a Center force clutch and presure plate in my Z. It was ok for a while, but if you like to hammer down on the car a bit like me, it will slip after a while. I have a ram hd clutch in my car now and it works great, the only think I don't like is the adjustment is almost all the way at teh top. I think I like hays clutches the best. Nobody can see that part anyway! Why use dated stock GM stuff? Unless it's a trailer queen?
