Water Leaking

I have a 96 Camaro, and when I went to put water in the radiator and started the car I noticed that some water was comming out right above and behind where I just repalced the water pump. Is this where my head gaskets are located? What could this mean? help

Re: Water Leaking

Very possibly the intake gasket.

Check the places where the intake manifold and heads meet. If it's just pouring out, you should easily be able to see it. Don't rule out the thermostat housing either.

I would use a cooling system pressure tester to eliminate guess work.

Also check the engine oil for coolant contamination. If it's real bad, the oil will look milky.
