Question Tell me what you think

I am in the process of having my 427 redone for my 67.I would like your opinions on the combo I will have and your ideas on the street manners it will have.
Stock oval port heads with stainless manley valves( mild porting to match cam) and roller rockers
10.5 compression TRW forged pistons .60 oversize
Performer RPM Cam
Performer RPM intake
Performer 750 cfm carb
Eagle SIR rods
MSD pro billet distribitor with MSD 6AL ignition box
Hooker Super Comp headers
American thunder dual exhaust system
Tremec TKO 600
3.55 12 bolt posi
17 inch wheels

naaa,, saturdays are just slow. Looks like a great street BB to me. I'd be careful to do some measuring and use some caution with the compression ratio. That "old style" edelbrck cam will help bleed some off, but it might be better to keep the comp below 10:1 and use a newer cam profile, don't look at me for big block cam recommendations tho.

Also, do your math on the overdrice / rear gear / powerband. double check your rpm @ cruise, maybe 3.73 would be better in overdrive?

I am mainly curious to see if someone is running a similiar combo. I am beginning to think my powerband will be a little to high at 1500-6500 rpm. Hopefully it wont be a chore to drive on the street. Maybe it will have enough torque to overcome the relatively big cam when starting out.hopefully someone will have some answers.Thanks Jim.
