2 easy questions about 350 block

I got a 350 for free so I'm going to do my first rebuild. My question is on the back of the block theres 2 freeze plugs on the left and right. In the center directly behind the cam is that another? I wasn't sure so I didn't pop it out. Also the dipstick is on the passenger side, Iv'e never seen this on a SB before.

All the small blocks I have worked on have had freeze plugs on the rear of the block and they have had a cam plug behind the cam on the rear and the block you have maybe a 81 to 85 block 2 peice rear main seal or if it is a 1 peice seal it is 86 and up.

To get the old cam bearings out it will have to be removed and a new one comes in the freeze plug kit.
