Question Engine Id

A friend called today & wanted me to post this # that he found on a engine thaty he has, it is TO3I5D we know that it is a small block but not what size & what year, any help would be appreciated.

I would have him check the numbers again,and include the blocks part number.

69 Camaro -originally a LM1 car. 327, Edelbrock E-streets, hooker, DUI performance distributors, ultradyne cam, stewart, TRW etc. Vintage Air, AGR steering, Corbeau GTSII seats, 700R4 transmission, 12-bolt w/Eaton 4.11:1

Tonowanda plant, March 15th assembly. D suffix has two choices.

1958 D 283 Powerglide 185 2 cars & truck
1960 D 283 Powerglide 170 2 truck & cars
