Re: What is correct exhaust for a 68Z?

Two separate pipes to a single crossover muffler behind the rear axle and two exhaust tips pointing down towards the ground behind the rear wheels.

Only if it was ordered w/o resonators, but I don't know if the Z- could be ordered with them or not??

My '67 SS/RS car had them under both rear seats plus the transverse muffler in back. Quiet as a "Church Mouse"!!..

Dont even think about a chambered system.

Noisy and restrictive.
