carrier bearing question on chevy 10 bolt 8 1/2 in.

I know this isn't a Camaro question but maybe one of you rear end gurus can help me out. I've got a 95 Suburban with a 10 bolt, 8 1/2 in. rear end with 373. When I change out the carrier bearings do I have to reset the preload. I appreciate any input. Thanks

Sorry, I screwed up and posted this in the wrong section. Should I repost it in the correct section or should I wait for it to be moved for me.
Thanks
