They look like Sanderson cast headers to me

Jim, They will fit but you are limited to one header pipe per side. Think you would be happier if you found a set of square port headers flanges.

Curious if anyone knows what the Sanderson appeal is, other than they look cool. Obviously they would flow better than stock manifolds, and they are cast so the collectors won't rust over time like headers do, but are there torque or HP advantages compared to traditional headers? Tarheel, you may want to keep them on.
