Looking more and more like the Mustang... Then again most sports cars are going towards that shape now.

In future we'll have 4 cars to choose from. A sports car, a sedan, a crossover and a Truck/SUV. They all seem to be moving towards 4 basic shapes.

Offy intake
Holley 390 CFM carb
Langdon split header to a 2.5" exhaust

IMO they missed the chance to improve the looks. I will stick with my 69.

Just OK with me, wish they would open up the side windows a lot more. Finally all the gauges are where they belong, in front of the driver. But, what's up with those 80's styled boom box crotch coolers and grandpa steering wheel?
One of these days they will get it right.

I know this sounds ridiculous, and just shows how mired in the past I guess I am, but the new Camaro still looks like a cartoon character version of the original. It's just not svelte enough for me, even trimmed up. It looks chubby and stocky, like a slightly heavy 10 year old kid, playing football in a T-shirt that is two sizes too small. BTW, I had a 2014. I couldn't part with it fast enough. Ever drive an Abrahams Tank?
I will keep my 68.

At $40k + for the Camaro SS, I will go for the Cadillac ATS V coupe.

Re: reviews are in...

nice technical upgrades but they have totally gone in the wrong direction with the looks and will loose customers to the challengers and mustangs because of it. Looking more like a ricer than an American muscle car.

Re: reviews are in...

I agree that the new Camaro doesn't look anywhere near as good as the Challenger or Mustang. I wasn't a fan of the 5th gen and now the 6th gen does nothing to improve on styling or looks. It still has that squashed look and the front end is ugly IMHO. The engineering and power train are great though. Still for $40,000 plus I will spend my money on a 1967-1969 Camaro.
