turn signal screws

can someone post a photo of the 3 turn signal screws and signal lever screw , I'm missing mine and I'm trying to match them. thanks

No pic, but parking light bolts are phillips head + pan head + fine thread, about 1/2 of shank and chromed with point at the end.

lever screw is a black pan head phillips about .5" to .75" long
