Slimming down MPFI harness to basics

I just got a '96 Camaro with the 3.8 V6 and a five speed. The car has problems, and I'm probably going to be making it a drag car, just for having some fun. I figure I'll leave the engine alone, for reliability. How do I pare down the electrical harness to keep the MPFI, yet get rid of everything extraneous (like the dash stuff, ignition anti-theft system, etc.?

You want to take a 3.8 liter Camaro, turn it into a drag car (no problem so far) but then you say you will leave the motor alone. Most would yank everything, drop in a LSx.
Makes no sense to me, thats gonna be a slow drag car. Fix the problems and drive the car on the street so you arent left with a slow striped down, nearly worthless Camaro
