Dash Harness (in front or behind)

Read a post on here about 2 weeks ago on which side of the steering colomn braket the main dash harness is on, in front or behind.

On my 69 the main dash harness is routed along the left hand side underneath the dash until it reaches the steering column bracket then it goes to the front between the steering column bracket and the instrument cluster. That's the way I installed mine. Others here on TC have probably done it differently. If it's a matter of originality for you, I'm sure that someone at TC would have a photo or two for you. To help us all out, whenever you post a question please include as much info as you can such as the year of the car or options that it has, things of that nature.

Good point 69 camaro. maybe i'm just as liquored as i was when i pilled the other one out. I know the main dash harness goes above the steering column but doeas it go in front of the two supports for the steering column or behind. Thanks

Mine is in front of the support bracket for the steering column.

Thanks for all the help. I was out of town to post thanks sooner, but once again the best of the best keep all of us Camaro guys/ gals out of trouble. That link was what I was looking for.
