Unhappy MSD /Ignition question

Alright guys I need help. I know that this has been answered before on here but I couldnt find it in the archives so here goes

Just swapped out my 396 with a 454 after grenading the 396 Everything worked ignition wise before pulling the motor out. Got it all together and no spark and not sure where to start

I have a MSD 6A box and a Mallory Promaster coil running into the distributor.

So I started checking stuff and Im not sure if the MSD box isnt working or the coil isnt working.

What is the best way to troubleshoot this

Re: MSD /Ignition question

Read the MSD instruction manual and it tells how to use a jumper wire to trigger the ignition.
