Removing horn from bracket?

My horns don't work so I'm getting 2 repop horns but they don't come with the brackets so I have to remove the old horns from the brackets. They look like they are either spot welded or riveted to the bracket. How do I seperate them without damaging the brackets to badly? Thanks

Before you do that, you might want to open the old horns and lightly sand the contacts. Just drill out the rivets and open it up. You'll see what I mean. They are really simple devices.
