Okay, after following all the wiring instructions that are posted, Im still confused exactly how to wire my factory tach in my 67 Camaro.
Do I have to run to separate wires off the back of the tach??. I followed the instructions of changing the plug wire in the back of the pod then connecting from the firewall plug to the coil. Still no power/rpm at the tach when I start the engine. Again any help is greatly appreciated. Im a little lost. I definately need step by step instruction. Bruce.

The 67 tach attaches to the same wiring the fuel gauge used. It recieves it's power and ground thru the same lugs the fuel gauge did. The tan wire coming out of the cluster harness connector needs to be cut and rerouted to the +coil terminal and the tach will work.
The other end of the tan wire needs to go to the new fuel guage.
