Has anybody bought a color wiring diagram? Just wondering if they are easy to read and quality.

Re: color wiring diagrams

The ones that Larry did are here on the site, in the electrical basics sticky.
Anyone here can downloads em (Thanks Larry!!!) but they are password protected, you must PM me for the password. If these are the diagrams you're asking about, they are fabulous. They are by circuit rather than just the whole mess together like the factory diagrams.

Larry sells these on ebay cheap. Info on how to find them is also in the sticky.

There are other "color wiring diagrams" but they are just copy's out of the AIM that someone colored in photoshop.

Re: color wiring diagrams

I bought the factory schematic for '68.
It is very elementary as far as schematics go, and leaves out much detail.

Re: color wiring diagrams

I bought the color ones from Larry -- they were a huge help and a valuable compliment to the wiring diagrams in the assembly manual

Re: color wiring diagrams

The main "electrical basics" sticky https://www.camaros.net/forums/showthread.php?t=71062

"What it is, where it is" will be really useful if I ever finish it. https://www.camaros.net/forums/showthread.php?t=70537

And the one you are looking for, it's about 3/4 of the way down in the basics. https://www.camaros.net/forums/showthread.php?t=93576
