Holes in firewall

On my 67 I have three dollar coin sized holes in the firewall and two quarter sized holes that have wires running through them. I am looking for ideas for grommets or something that can go around the wires yet seal the hole from fumes etc. Dont ask what the holes were for because I dont have a clue and the car was recently wired by my body man. A grommet will still leave alot of space unsealed so I am unsure what is used in this case. Thanks.

Re: Holes in firewall

Installed sound deadener around the holes from the inside...can also get rubber grommets that more tightly secure the wires.

Re: Holes in firewall

Tony I find a variety of big rubber grommets at Ace Hardware and then cut a slit in the edge to go around existing wires and slip into place. If you want too you could then dab some silicone over the slit to seal it up.
