1994 camaro 3.4L something is draining alternator

hi all good morning

well i got a problem with my battery and alternator being drained it only happens when i hear a really fast clicking like on driver side under the car..i did have an amp hooked up but i took it out and it started to charge again but then this morning i went out and started the car and all was well till the ticking came back and it drained my car so bad it dont have enough power to start lol.. and it makes my transmission not want to go into OverDrive and if it does it will jump back to 3rd gear.

Hmmmm.... Fast repetative clicking sounds like a solenoid,relay. or breaker switch activating or tripping possably due to a short in some wiring? But I'm not to familliar with new cars. I'm having similar problem but I think mine is due to an underpowered alternator! I would investigate the sound wiht someone else behind the wheel if possable. This is not an option for me because my woman is jelouse of my car and is happy when it breaks down and my daughter is too affraid of the spiders in the garage!!!
