Colored Fuses

I acquired about a dozen colored fuses. How do I determine the amperage? In other words, is one color for one amperage and another color for a different amperage. The amperage is not on each fuse.

Thanks

Re: Colored Fuses

If you are talking about modern blade fuses I believe this is correct...

1A Black
2A Grey
3A Violet
4A Pink
5A Tan
7.5A Brown
10A Red
15A Blue
20A Yellow
25A Clear
30A Green
40A Orange

Re: Colored Fuses

Dennis

I'm interested in the round type fuses that my 68 would have come with, not the modern flat two prong.
