Tach template

I'm installing a tach in my dash carrier on my 69 where the fuel gauge used to be. Does anyone have a template, or do I just use a dremel until it fits??

Re: Tach template

I did a search on this forum without finding out anything about a template, but after posting the question, I googled it and sure enough there was a posting about the back of the OER carrier being marked as where to cut. Now if I could just find the dremel....

Re: Tach template

Just completed that exact job yesterday. No need for a template, there are lines on the back of the carrier.
