Re: lighting problems

Ground the instrument panel to metal if it isn't already!

Re: lighting problems

You have multiple problems, there is no "one' fix, but several.

Headlights only on hi-beam? Take out dimmer switch and check. Water probably got on it and corroded internally or the connector itself, or wiring from dimmer toheadlights.

No park lights in rear, assuming the low side bulbs are good, check wiring.

No dash lights, assuming all bulbs are good, the dash lights get ground from the center-top bezel screw. Make sure this screw is intact.

And a wiring diagram/service manual is a must for these old cars, especially if it has had 40 years of halfass wire-hack jobs performed on it (like mine did)

Re: lighting problems

You can purchase replacement bulbs easily from Ricks or Firewheel.

If one bulb is bad should not effect others unless you have a short. Look at replacing the circut membrane on the back of the gauge cluster. The copper traces are thin and may be a problem.
