67 camaro Cluster set up

i have a 67 camaro ss 454 which i am putting a tachometer in now rather than the oil/fuel...etc guages. On the back of the cluster is two external bolts which i wired one of them to the distributor tach fitting, the other one i have no idea what its for, the tach was working but all the lights in the guages were messed up, the blinker lights would both stay on and parking brake light didnt work, it seemed like a bad ground. On the back of the cluster is another bolt behind the circuit board which is a ground but i dont think i need to wire that to the body, it should be grounded to itself. If anyone can help me out on how to set up the cluster i would appreciate it, i already burned up one circuit board and bought another for 75$

Thanks,
Mike
