Dash wiring question?

Hey Guys,

I am rebuilding the wiring harness under my dash that has been "modified" over the years and the harmonica turn signal connector was removed from the system and replaced with but splices. I have replaced the turn signal harness in the column and am now connecting it to the dash harness.

I have a question. On the drawing labeled "Lights: Stop, turn, hazard, backup", it shows brown and white wires coming from the dash harness into connector C210 and then exiting the connector on he column side of the plug reversed (white to brown and brown to white). This does not seem intuitive as all of the other wires are color matched. Can someone please take a look at their installation and let me know if the diagram is correct?

Thanks,

Jereme

Re: color wiring diagram

Jeremy,

That diagram is an old one that I mistakenly transposed the wires. The white and brown wire from the harness to C210 is correct. The wires from C210 to the T/S switch should be swapped.

Sorry about the confusion! I never noticed that. You are also the first one to discover that.

I'll send an updated diagram to Jim.
