Black and yellow wire under dash?

I am finishing up the installation of my Covan dash and it all looks great. Under the dash there are two wires (Black/Yellow) that end in a black clip which someone has taped over. Any idea what these are for since everyting seems to be working? It was an original AC car but someone has traken all that out.

Re: Black and yellow wire under dash?

Black and yellow paired together, ending in a connector and laying to the right of the steering column (passenger side) sounds like the power feed and ground for the OE radio. Are they fairly thin (around 20 gage)?
