Dash light stop working...What the ....

After i installed my electric fan, I drove the car somewhere. When it was time to go home (night time) when i turned on the lights the dash panel and all the gages did not have light. The head lights, brake light, dome light all work except all the light on the dash. Is there a fuse that controls just the dash.
Where should i start looking for the problem?

. It's labeled "Inst Lps" on my '69. It's at the bottom of the fuse block.

Would you have a drawing diagram of the 69 fuse box?

If it's not a blown fuse then the instrument panel has a bad ground!

I tried to take out some of the fuses from the box, but the pins are kind of rusty and old and some of the fuses broke. So, now i need to replace some of them and noticed that they are different volts.
Are they all the same size but different volts, except the little tiny one at the bottom middle of the box?

It's not volts, it's amperage!.....Different fuses have different amp ratings!.....Do they even still make those old fashioned glass tube fuses??

Thanks for correcting me Ron. Ya, they still make them.I saw it Autozone the other day.Im going to swing by after work and pick some up. I need to know exactly which amp fuse goes where. A diagram of the fuse box would help.

The fuse you are looking for is the smallest length fuse in the fuse block on the bottom left side of the fuseblock. All of the other fuses are longer than this one so it should be easy to spot. It is the only fuse that is smaller than the rest.
