Classic Dash Speedo

Wired it all according to direction....eveything works fantastic...except that the Speedo does not write the mileage. It shows it when driving, but does not remember it when you shut it off. It does hold the programming of the Speedo however.

Anyone have this issue with Autometer/Classic Dash? How do you fix it?

69 Camaro...Cobalt Autometer electic short sweep guages.

Re: Classic Dash Speedo

So, if I understand the problem correctly, your odometer always resets to 0 (or something) after driving, so the miles are not adding up?
If so it sounds like a problem internal to the cobalt gauge, time to call autometer.

Re: Classic Dash Speedo

If autometer knows of the problem or has a fix, or even recommendations, Great
But, more than likely they will tell you to exchange it wherever you bought it.
