Another 'watzit?' on the 68 coupe

Hi folks. I've hooked up everything I can find behind the dash and have a couple 'leftover' connectors.

One is a yellow wire that exits mid-dash and forum searches would seem to indicate is for a low fuel warning lamp (?), and the other is an 'L' connector with purple and pink wires, again exiting in the center dash area. I don't see either in the wiring diagrams. Is that 'L' connector for a flasher relay maybe?

Thanks for your help.

Yellow wire is probably 12v power for the radio.

Purple and pink sound like ignition switch. What gauge are these wires?

A picture would help a lot but the purple sounds like the neutral safety switch that plugs into the shifter to allow starting in park or neutral only.

The AIM has wiring diagram with all color and wire sizes shown. Good investment for any car you own. Available at site sponsor or resto catalogs or ebay. Assembly Instruction Manual. AIM Jim..former owner of a 69RS-LM1 350/255 - 700r

The neutral safety switch came off of the harness nearer the column. I already got that one. This one is center dash. On the 'flasher' angle, my four-ways work, but turn signals do not. That was why I was thinking it might be for a flasher.
