Any suggestions?

Re: Console Gauge wiring harness

Id like to perform the same conversion as I have the same set up. Only difference is I have a clock in place of your gas gauge.

*Bump*

Re: Console Gauge wiring harness

Let me ask this, you are removing the round gauges completely and their connector is on the right?
You are installing an OE gauge set-up and the left connector is the new console gauge plug?
Or is the left connector the connecting harness from the engine compartment to the console gauge connector?

Re: Console Gauge wiring harness

Yes removing round gauges and there connector is on the right.
Want to install factory original style and the harness I was sent was on the left.
I still have the autometer harness in the car(car side).
I am understanding this correct that I need to get a complete new harness for both the car side and the gauges.

Yes, you will have to get the OE design repo harness for the car to match the console gauges.
