67RS Headlight door control arm assembly?

I must be missing some special washers or discs that mate the control arm to the headlight motor shaft.
The motor shaft is keyed, while the hole in the control arm is round so the motor shaft just spins in the hole when i put power to it to test. How exactly does the control arm engage the motor shafts so the doors will move? Is there some kind of keyed washer or fiber disk that grips the shaft?
Any closeup pics of the assembly would be a huge help....thanks!

Re: 67RS Headlight door control arm assembly?

thanks very much Roger, i'll order those parts today.

So I understand the assembly then... assuming that the control arm is sandwiched between the two washers, is it the shouldered nut that applies pressure from the bottom so they dont slip? I gather the nut should not be really tight, just enough that the washers grip the shaft........but there should be no play or space at all right? otherwise the washers would simply turn with the shaft...

there is also this bushing kit listed at Ricks.....do i also need these?
