Light problems

Okay well i posted this a couple of weeks ago, but im still having problems. My headlights will not come on. every other light works but not the headlights. I have checked the bulbs and the harness and have found that on the back of the passenger headlight there is a 3 prong harness that plugs in the back. The ground wire is the only one that is connected. I have power to all the other wires but the 2 are not connected to the harness. I need help on how to fix this problem or where to go from here. Do i need a whole new headlight harness? and if i do where do i get one?
Its a 73 camaro

Re: Light problems

The 2 wires should connect to the front harness. They should be yellow and green. See if you can find the other ends of the wires and connect them back up. What about the drivers headlight? Are those wires connected.

Have they ever worked? Give us some back ground on the car. You just buy it like this?

Re: Light problems

If you end up rewiring the headlamps, you might look into the headlamp relay mod for brighter lamps and longer light switch life. I think madelectrical has a kit and schematic.

Re: Light problems

The drivers side did work a couple of weeks ago and the wires are connected there. I hit a pot hole and they both stopped working.

Re: Light problems

How do you know the headlight is good on the drivers side?
