Horn wiring

Hey guys. From my search in the archives I know this question seems like it has been asked before, but I couldn't find an answer to my specific question.
My car came with an after market steering wheel with the horn not installed. Does anyone have a wiring diagram of the horn from the firewall in?
I know the horn wire running from the relay to the steering wheel is black. I have tested the horn and relay from the engine end and it works. However I lose this wire as it comes through the firewall. Does it go up the steering column with the turn signal wires?

Re: horn wiring

Yes. Thru the bulkhead connector and right up thru the middle of the column with the turn signal wires. one black wire, ground it to blow the horn. Most likely, whatever was supplied with the afermerket wheel to bring the signal out to the button is broken, or not there at all. Have you pulled off the wheel and the hub and looked for it?

Re: horn wiring

Yes I have pulled the wheel, as I am replacing the turn signal switch as well. Does the horn wire run by itself or is it with the wires in the half moon shaped plug?
