Question Factory style harness - which side for alternator?

The 350 I rebuilt has the alternator on the passenger side.
I have an after market factory style engine harness for a '69 with small block which hasn't been mocked up yet. Will it be built for a small block '69 with the alternator on the drivers side? I'm assuming it will fit with the Alt. on the passenger side.
I'd pull it out and throw it on top of the engine.... but I hate cold.

It's not a huge deal.... I can easily extend the wiring that needs to go to the passenger side if need be. I was just curious about what I'll find when I go to plug it all in.... when it's not 20 degrees out.

Re: Factory style harness - which side for alternator?

I didn't know if the different small blocks were configured differently for all three years or not.
Thanks

67 and 68 had short water pumps and the alternator on the drivers side. 69's have a long water pump and alternator on the passengers side.
