67 interior lights stay on

guys help me again . i haven't done any thing to get them to stay on.i have a new aaw wiring harness like the factory.my sail panel lights & under dash lights stay on.i took door switches out & unplugged them both lights still on thought i might have the headlight switch turned all the way to left & had the lights on but i didn't. only way they go out is to pull the fuse.they worked great a week ago.i went to garage was going to go for a ride & car would not start after charging battery i noticed courtesy lights on.any help greatly appreciated.i cant seem to get this dang car on the road to save my life.

Headlamp knob fully CW turns on dome light(s).
Might be a chaffed white wire to ground for courtesy lights.

Try unplugging your under dash courtesy light harness from the body harness.
