Is it factory wiring? or a kit? some kits have everything built into the fuse block...

Need more info.......is there an alternator?
Type of alternator?
GEN light go out after engine is started?
Horn work?
As you measure charging voltage across battery posts, is it 14 volts?
What's the condition of the car?
Battery in the trunk?

So you're asking for what to do with the missing pieces and how to wire them up?

If "some wires have been cut", the best advice I can give you is start with purchasing the chassis manual with wiring diagram. It is a super easy diagram.

You have to address 40 years worth of wires getting hacked and get it back to an original state.

Get the AIM Assembly Instruction Manual, it has the wiring diagrams you will need to redo it all.
